The FC12 type water quality automatic sampler is an all-weather water quality automatic sampler launched by our company. It adopts an engineering plastic casing and sealed connectors, and can be used in damp and highly corrosive environments. The overall protection level of the machine is IP65. The sampling pump of the instrument uses a special peristaltic pump for sewage, which has the advantages of large pipe diameter, fast flow rate and no clogging. The sample storage area of the instrument is equipped with a refrigeration system, which can protect the samples from the influence of external temperature and conditions. It is also equipped with an electric lock for protection and allows for the query of door opening and closing records. The sampler can also be optionally equipped with a smart cloud management platform, which enables functions such as remote viewing of records, setting programs, and starting the sampler. Therefore, this product is one of the essential instruments for enhancing work efficiency, reducing labor burden, and ensuring the accuracy and validity of monitoring data.

The user needs to select a flow probe to trigger the sampling flow range of 1 to 9,999 cubic meters. Number of sampling programs: Up to 10 sampling programs can be saved for convenient daily use. Loop operation: The sampling program can be set to run in a loop, facilitating users' repeated use. Please note that samples must be taken out on time. Periodic start: The sampling program can be started weekly, monthly, or at regular intervals. Software password lock: A software password lock can be set and enabled to protect the device from being operated by others. Backlight adjustable: The backlight brightness can be set. Screen-off time: The screen-off time can be set. Backblowing frequency: Each time the equipment takes samples, it will use the "blow - suction - blow" method to rinse the pipeline to prevent cross-contamination of samples during the sampling process. The backblowing frequency setting range is 1 to 3 times. External control pump: Before each sampling, the equipment can start the submersible pump or self-priming pump, thereby increasing the sampling length or depth. The minute setting range of the external control pump is 0 to 30 minutes. Temperature setting: The refrigeration temperature in the sample storage area can be set, with a setting range of 0 to 10°C. Sampling records: Can store 5,000 items, including sampling events, sampling bottle numbers, sampling volumes, sampling events, and sampling results. Operation records: Can store 5,000 items, including time and events.
