Features

The FC20(Closed-loop Circulation) online water quality over-limit sample retention device is a water quality sample retention bottle automatic circulation and closed-loop type over-limit sample retention sampler developed by Beijing Grace Technology Development Co., Ltd. in conjunction with online water quality monitoring instruments. It adopts an advanced peristaltic pump water extraction method and is controlled by an ARM single-chip microcomputer for operation. It can be networked with online monitoring instruments, data acquisition devices or remote monitoring platforms. When the water body being tested exceeds the standard and sends an over-standard signal or the remote platform issues a sampling instruction, the sample retention device automatically synchronously saves the water sample in the water storage bottle, achieving automatic sample retention, automatic water sample emptying, and automatic bottle mouth sealing. The retained water sample is exactly the same as the tested water sample and is stored in a constant-temperature refrigeration box. It is an essential component of the automatic water quality monitoring system.

Software functions

Full bottle stop: Activate this function and stop the sampling program when all sampling bottles are full.

Pipeline rinsing: The pipeline is rinsed by the "blow - suction - blow" method to prevent cross-contamination of samples.

Software password lock: Prevents non-operating personnel from misoperation and malicious operation;

Power-off protection: Automatically resumes operation after power-off and power-on.

Sampling program preset: 10 commonly used working programs can be preset and stored according to sampling requirements, and can be directly called up later.

No water alarm: Equipped with a non-contact water passage sensor, it automatically alarms when no water sample is collected.

Fault alarm: There are command alarm and passive pulse output alarm. When the instrument malfunctions, it will notify the alarm through two methods.

Access control system: Normally closed electrically controlled door lock. The door closes when power is off and can only be opened with a key. When powered on, it can be opened with an access control card. The opening and closing of the door are recorded, and the records are automatically saved and uploaded when called upon on the remote monitoring platform.

Remote control: Control instructions can be sent to the sampler through the monitoring platform, data acquisition instrument and industrial control computer to perform corresponding operations.
