Features

The FC11 automatic water quality sampler is an environmental monitoring instrument launched by our company for automatic sampling at wastewater discharge outlets. It uses a special peristaltic pump for sewage to draw water, with a large pipe diameter and fast flow rate, which can effectively prevent pipeline blockage. Under the control of a 32-bit high-performance industrial-grade ARM controller, the sampling mode, sampling time interval, sampling volume and storage location can be set arbitrarily according to the user's needs. After being optionally connected to a flow sensor, it can achieve dual functions of sewage measurement and sampling according to the flow ratio. (optionally) when connected to an online monitoring instrument, it can retain samples that exceed standards and can be remotely wirelessly controlled. Sampling instructions can be randomly issued as needed to obtain the most genuine and effective water samples. It is one of the essential instruments for improving work efficiency, reducing labor burden, and ensuring the accuracy and validity of monitoring data.

Flow trigger sampling: Sampling is controlled by a dedicated flowmeter. An ultrasonic liquid level sensor is required for selection. It can be set freely for 1 to 9999 cubic meters of water, with an increment of 1 cubic meter.

Pulse-triggered sampling: 1 to 9999 pulses can be set arbitrarily, with an increment of 1 pulse. The received pulse is a passive pulse with a closing time greater than 1 second.

Software functions

Operation interface: Large 2.8TFT color LCD screen, all Chinese menus, human-computer dialogue mode, and Chinese prompts when human intervention is needed.

Bottle division sampling: The instrument can achieve bottle division sampling from 1 to 8 bottles. The number of bottles can be freely set. The distribution system is self-lubricating and self-locking for positioning. It adopts a direct water injection type to avoid cross-contamination of water samples caused by the flow diversion of the flow guide plate.

Pipeline rinsing: The pipeline is rinsed by the "blow - suction - blow" method to prevent cross-contamination of samples.

Software password lock: It can protect the programs set inside the instrument from being modified.

Sampling program preset: 10 commonly used working programs can be preset and stored according to sampling requirements, and can be directly called up later.

External pump control: The sampling distance can be extended by controlling the external submersible pump or self-priming pump.

Sampling record: Sampling time, sampling status, sampling bottle number. It can store 5,000 items.

Flow records: time, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow. It can store 6,000 items (an ultrasonic liquid level sensor is required as an option).
