1. Regular cleaning: After each sampling, promptly clean the water sampler pipeline and sample storage bottle to prevent the residual water sample from breeding microorganisms or generating sediment. Wipe the outer shell of the equipment with a neutral cleaner every week to prevent the accumulation of dust and stains, which may affect heat dissipation or operation.
2. Component inspection: Check the sampling pump and pipelines of the water sampler daily for any damage or leakage. If cracks or loose interfaces are found, replace or tighten them promptly. Regularly check the battery power (portable) to ensure normal charging and avoid sampling interruption.
3. Calibration and Debugging: Calibrate the sampling volume accuracy monthly and correct errors through the standard volume calibration function. Check the parameters such as the inspection time and sampling interval every quarter to ensure they are consistent with the monitoring requirements and avoid abnormal sampling due to program confusion.
4. Replacement of consumables: Depending on the usage frequency, replace the aged sealing rings and filter membranes (if any) every 3 to 6 months to prevent seal failure or decline in filtration function. If the sample storage bottle shows scratches or deformation, it should be replaced in time to ensure that the water sample is not contaminated.
5. Environmental maintenance: Place the equipment in a dry, well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases, avoiding direct sunlight or immersion in rain. When the temperature is low in winter, keep the equipment well insulated to prevent the pipelines from freezing and getting damaged.
6. Data and Records: Regularly export sampling data and back it up to prevent data loss. Record each maintenance, malfunction and component replacement to facilitate the traceability of the equipment's operating status.
